OIS students of Business Studies Grade 12 analyzed their leadership skills through Online Leadership Assessment Activity. The result analysis provided indicators that helped students identify where they already lead effectively, and allowed them to explore where their skills needed further development. Students learnt that leadership skills and competencies can be acquired through practice.
