Al Hussan International Schools create an education with a breadth of learning opportunities, suitable for children who will grow up to be members of a global community. We aim to nourish our students’ abilities with an academic framework that is geared towards deep and personalized learning.
Our Kindergarten to Grade 8 programs follow the Al-Hussan Curriculum that has been developed in-house and is vertically and horizontally aligned. English, Math and Science are based on the standards of both Cambridge (British) and Common Core (American) while the curriculum for every other subject has been developed completely by Al Hussan. Our Unified Syllabus is applied in all our schools for all subjects.
The High School Program is a four-year program from Grades 9 – 12. These are college-preparatory programs that offer students three tracks: The British/Cambridge Program (IGCSE and A level), The International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB DP) Program, and The American High School Program. During the high school years, many students take the TOEFL or IELTS tests and American College Board Examinations such as SAT1 and SAT2. In addition to the Al Hussan High School Certificate, our students achieve outstanding success in the qualifications offered by external bodies.
On completion of Grade 12 and meeting Al Hussan’s graduation requirements, students obtain the Al Hussan High School Certificate. Each year, our students successfully gain entry to reputable universities around the world.
