Open house

AHISK conducted the Annual Open House on the 6th ,7th and 8th of September 2022 for boys, Girls and preschool section respectively.

The purpose of the Open House is to provide the parents an opportunity to meet with the teachers, review their expectations together, allow the parents to see their children’s classes, view the curriculum, behavior policies, the daily schedule, and guarantee a continued communication throughout the school year.

Parents wrote their hopes for their children on different cardboard which was displayed on the school’s corridor. Students felt thrilled while reading their parents’ hopes and felt extremely happy in this amazing surprise.

During the Open House AHISK Students of 12 IB (girls & boys sections) hosted the Theory Of Knowledge (TOK) exhibition. The exhibition is a product of a compilation of the three objects which a student chooses in order to connect to one of the 35IA prompts helping the students to understand how TOK manifests itself in the real world. Not to forget the excellent CAS experience done by grade 11 IB students whom prepared an IB brochure, talked about the importance of CAS to complete the IB Diploma Program and the IB learner profile traits.
