In pursuit of its vision, “Leaders of Excellence in International Education”, JIS administration organized a session for facilitating and assisting the students of grade 11 and 12 with IELTS introduction presentation. On Wednesday, 6th of April, our IELTS Ambassador, Ayhem, hosted the presentation with a special guest from the British Council, Assim AlGhazzi. The goal of the presentation was to educate the students about the IELTS exam; guiding them with their choice of taking the exam. He discussed the registration process, test components and marking criteria. Test components, such as, writing, speaking and listening were detailed. The students were very receptive to the content showed, as they were indeed able to realize the vast opportunities the exam could give them.
