ICT Activity Grade 11 App Development

In continuation to our digital citizenship plan Ayham Grade 11-P student  has developed a useful mobile application.

He has developed an android app that can use the camera of the mobile phone to scan the prices on the product packaging and convert that currency value to desired currency value. It is like a currency convertor but with the additional functionality of scanning the prices by using the camera of a mobile phone. Ayham has demonstrated the working of his app and also told other students how he has proceeded with learning the programing language and implementing his learning in real life. He has briefly introduced students to the Kotlin language that he used to create his app. Teachers and students have appreciated Ayham for his amazing work and wished him good luck for the publishing of his app in the google play store.
