11 IB Visual Art Exhibition

At AHISK, we believe that Visual Arts is an integral part of everyday life, permeating all levels of human creativity, expression, communication, and understanding. The IB Diploma Programme visual arts course encourages students to challenge their own creative and cultural expectations and boundaries.

Students are required to have an Art Exhibition every semester during their two years course, and work on their pieces to show evidence of their technical accomplishment during the visual arts course and an understanding of the use of materials, ideas, and practices appropriate to visual communication.

Grade 11IB students conducted a successful virtual Art Exhibition. They chose a theme to work with, discussed, and showed the connection between all their artistic pieces through their presentation and drawings.

Special thanks to our Art teacher Mrs. Hadeer Eltahtawy for her continuous guidance and support to our Visual Art students.
