Zero Waste school’s lunch box

On the 2nd of December 2019, Grade 12 IB students promote for A Zero Waste School’s Lunch Box Challenge for primary Grades during the morning assembly after watching a TED Talk about reducing waste starting from our daily activities. The goal of this Challenge was to raise awareness about the importance of reducing waste in order to save our environment. In addition this kind of activity represents an example of Global Citizenship Education where our students are engaged in global issues and encouraged to take an action towards the World. And not to forget The Math integration and CAS where Grade 12 IB students made a statistics about Healthy food by checking Grade 3 Lunch boxes and they represented the collected DATA by Bar Graph .
