Color Days are meant to familiarize children with different colors. Parents are informed in advance through the weekly Plan about a color day. On that Day all the children wear the same color clothes e.g. on red color day all the children will wear red color clothes, or they could get a red toy to school. With this activity colors are reinforced in their little minds.
