Al Hussan International School Yanbu has activated Anti-Bullying Day to raise awareness of the issue of bullying among children. Children of all ages were encouraged to get involved in the event and take part in activities that would help to shine a light on the problem of bullying and the ways to help resolve the issue.
The teachers held discussions in their classroom where they allowed students to speak and discuss their experiences with bullying and cyberbullying, and how these experiences have affected them and how they dealt with these moments. The teachers have discussed different ways where students can be proactive in stopping bullying. They taught the students tolerance, kindness, and acceptance.
Different songs and videos about peace and kindness were played for the students.
