Simple accidents, such as trips or slips, are a common element in the school life. However, these little accidents are capable of causing serious injuries and worse.
A first aid Demonstration assembly was conducted in the gym area (Girls section) on the 17th of October 2018. Having students and staff trained on first aid not only boosts the safety of the entire school, but it can also create a difference in people’s lives when confronted with unexpected conditions of choking, injury, fractures, bleeding, and faint.
Our school nurse with the help of science department emphasized on the duties and responsibilities of the first aider, demonstrated how to provide first aid in a safe and professional manner, and the procedures to be followed in case of emergency.
