AlHussan International School - Jubail, Grade 1-O students explored the function of a stem through a hands-on celery and coloured water experiment. By observing how the coloured water travelled up the stem and reached the leaves, students discovered how stems transport water to different parts of a plant.
The activity strengthened their observation, prediction, critical-thinking, communication, and scientific inquiry skills, making science engaging through practical exploration!
