Making lemonade provided a wonderful hands-on opportunity for KG2 students at Orbit International School to explore their senses—tasting, smelling, seeing, and feeling—while learning about hygiene and healthy eating. As part of introducing the letter “L,” the Lemonade Making Activity engaged children in following simple recipe steps such as squeezing lemons, adding sugar, and stirring the mixture, helping to strengthen their fine motor skills.
The students participated with great excitement, enjoying every step of the process and delighting in tasting their freshly made lemonade. The activity not only enhanced their sensory learning but also created a fun and memorable experience. It concluded with coloring and drawing, leaving the children with joyful memories and meaningful learning. 💛
