AHISK October 2022 Volume 2

Welcome to AL Hussan International School where we are committed to the growth and development of our beloved students. It is our wish that every student who comes to AHISK leaves with an experience that is intriguing, inspiring and wholesome. Moreover, our teachers strive to develop pivotal skills and knowledge among students who will in turn ignite curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in their learning. As the Heads of Department, we encourage you to join us as together we work to enhance your skills in learning. Teaching stands at the basis of every successful nation, so our job is very important. We look forward to teaching pupils who are enthusiastic about equity and equality in education, sensitive to high moral standards and who, of course, love learning. You are most welcome, my students. You have a duty to learn from yesterday, live for today, and hope for tomorrow. I want you to purpose in your mind, never to be in agreement with the master thief in life – procrastination. It only makes easy things hard and hard things harder. My dearest students, mistakes are inevitable in our journey to success. You are bound to make some mistakes as you progress but don’t whine over it. Get over it instead and forge on. Last but not least my dear students, Mark Twain said: “The man who does not read books has no advantage over the one who cannot read them.” Read! Read!! Read!!!
