Our Grade 11 students, boys' section, conducted a core AS practical to study how different concentrations of protease enzymes digests milk protein (casein). They observed the formation of clots because of milk coagulation and timed the result. The experiment emphasized enzyme action, controlled variables, and accurate measurement of reaction time, helping students develop key laboratory and analytical skills required for Cambridge practical examinations.
Furthermore, they observed Maram leaf under the microscope, solved microscopy questions, and drew low and high-powered plan diagrams.
