Properties of Matter

Our Grade 2 Students explored the properties of matter by observing and sorting a variety of objects. They examined characteristics such as size, shape, color, texture, and material. By comparing these properties, students grouped objects that were alike and explained why certain items belonged together. This hands-on activity helped students practice making observations, identifying similarities and differences, and understanding that objects can be classified in more than one way based on their properties.
