High School Orientation at Al-Hussan International Academy for the Academic Session 2025-2026

Our Academy successfully conducted High School Orientation for students and parents of Grades 8 to Grade 11. The orientation was conducted Hybrid; face to face and online to maximize the participation and support for parents and students. It was aimed at preparing families for the academic expectations, pathways, and opportunities available in the upper school years.

The orientation provided detailed guidance on Courses, Credits, Grade Point Average,

Al-Hussan Graduation policy as well as Equivalency requirements of different nationalities.

Comprehensive information was shared about the British Curriculum and the International Baccalaureate (IB) Programme, outlining their structure, assessment methods, and global recognition. Parents and students were guided on how each pathway supports diverse learning styles and university destinations, enabling families to make informed choices best suited to their child’s goals.

The procedure of External Examination Registration including Cambridge, Oxford AQA, Pearson Edexcel, Checkpoint, Digital Mock Exam and Digital MCQ exam for June 2026 session was explained in detail. 

The orientation concluded with a question-and-answer session, allowing parents and students to engage directly with the Academic Coordinators, External Exam Coordinator/College Counsellor and IB Coordinator. The session reinforced Al-Hussan International Academy’s dedication to academic excellence, student-centered learning, and a strong partnership with parents.
