Digital Citizenship Workshop - Girls’ Section

The ICT Department in the Girls’ Section successfully organized an engaging Digital Citizenship Workshop for Grades 4, 5, and 6, aimed at promoting the safe, responsible, and ethical use of digital technology.

What made this workshop truly special was the active involvement of mothers, who were invited to attend and participate alongside their daughters. Through interactive games, Do’s & Don’ts activities, group discussions, and feedback reflections, mothers expressed how happy they were to be part of this meaningful, hands-on learning experience.

The workshop was thoughtfully planned and delivered with the support of IG ICT students from Grades 11 and 12, who led the sessions under departmental guidance. Key topics such as online safety, cyberbullying awareness, digital etiquette, and responsible internet use were explored in an age-appropriate and interactive way.

This initiative not only strengthened digital awareness among our younger students but also provided senior ICT students with a valuable opportunity to showcase leadership, teamwork, and effective communication skills while fostering a strong home-school partnership in today’s digital world.

Together, we can build safer, smarter, and more responsible digital citizens.
