Modeling Biology Concepts

At the Girls Section, our A Level Biology students explored complex concepts in a creative way by using the modeling strategy in their learning.
Through edible models of plant cells, animal cells, and the kidney, students visualized structures in 3D, making abstract concepts more concrete and memorable. This hands-on approach not only strengthened their understanding but also enhanced critical thinking, teamwork, and application of knowledge.
Modeling activities are a powerful strategy to transform learning into an engaging, meaningful experience!
