Anti- Bullying Week has been organized in collaboration with Pre School of Orbit International School and Al Hussan International School by Counselling Department to develop awareness about bullying and those attitudes/ actions that can lead children towards bullying behaviours.
Before the campaign, several meetings were conducted to organize exchange activities between the two schools. Mrs. Shazia (Head of Student Affairs, Mrs. Helda (Head of Student Affairs) and Mrs. Aruna (Academic Coordinator) from Orbit International School coordinated with Mrs. Saira (School Counsellor), Mrs. Noura (Head of Student Affairs) and Mrs. Nisreen (Academic Coordinator) to plan and organize all the logistics of the event.
Students from both schools participated in activities and paid visits to schools with their teachers. Students painted Wall Murals in both schools and learnt a great deal about what bullying is? What are the signs? And what to say to stop it.
