KG2 ‏Farm Breakfast

HISR, Over the past weeks, the kindergarten students learned about fruits and vegetables through interactive activities, such as preparing fruit salad and tasting delicious vegetable soup. They also explored different farm animals, such as cows, sheep, and chickens, and discovered the food products we get from them, like eggs, milk, cheese, and wool.

The “Farm Breakfast” activity brought all these lessons together into a real-life and integrated experience. The kindergarten students saw all these products firsthand and tasted them freely, reinforcing their understanding and connecting their lessons to everyday life.

The children enjoyed wearing farm-themed outfits, from hats to clothes different from their usual school uniforms. The presence of parents added warmth and a sense of bonding, making the children feel more comfortable and connected to the environment. It was a special day that combined learning, fun, and celebrating their efforts.
