The IB Arabic Language Department at Al-Hussan International Academy boys section conducted an informative Health Awareness session from IB students in grades 11 and 12 to the other students from different grades, focusing on essential aspects of student wellbeing. The presentation emphasized the importance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle through proper nutrition, adequate sleep patterns, and regular physical activity. Students learned about making smart dietary choices by choosing nutrient-rich foods over processed junk food, understanding how proper sleep (recommended 8-9 hours) impacts academic performance and overall health, and the benefits of regular exercise for both physical and mental wellbeing. The session aimed to instill healthy habits in students' daily routines to support their academic success and personal growth.
