Transition Program

HIA conducted an orientation program for new students. The goal was to introduce students to the school environment, key policies, and various opportunities available at the school, helping them feel supported and ready for the year ahead. Students met high school senior representatives, and core administrative staff members, allowing them to familiarize themselves with whom to approach for academic or social support.

The event began with a warm welcome from senior students, followed by a presentation on the school’s values, mission, and vision. Students were introduced to extracurricular opportunities such as the Digital Yearbook Committee, Wellbeing Committee, Discipline Committee, Student Council, and the Basketball Team and encouraged to start their own clubs if they had new ideas.

With interactive discussions and plenty of enthusiasm, students actively engaged, showing a strong eagerness to become part of the HIA community. The event successfully ensured that new students felt welcomed and prepared for a productive school year.
