Safety Gear Day

We celebrated safety awareness week at HIA to promote the importance of creating safe environments that foster student learning and growth at our school. Students from all grades engaged in a plethora of activities all week long, including several morning assemblies regarding all the different ways we can take care of our safety, whether it be at home, at school, or online.

 Students also participated in a school-wide safety gear fashion show, demonstrating different types of safety gear and how they may protect us during our daily activities while understanding that safety is a shared duty and everyone's responsibility.
