At HIA, students of Economics 11 IB, were made to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Planned Economy and Free Market Economy. The students researched and critically analyzed the economic systems in real life. They stated their opinions in the form of advantages and disadvantages of each of the economic systems and then shared them with the class.
As an IB learner, this activity helped them unlock some of the most important skills of the IB program i.e., of being a thinker, inquirer, and communicator.
