Volunteering with significant organizations

At HIA, our grade 12 IB student Noor Mokhtar, and as part of her CAS experiences, volunteered with three significant organizations: Tkiyet Um Ali, Haya Cultural Center, and the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization.

At Tkiyet Um Ali, she visited an elderly home, offering companionship and support. At Haya Cultural Center, she participated in activities designed to educate and entertain children, such as supervising, doing arts and crafts, and playing with them, contributing to their creative and educational development. With the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, she volunteered at the Charity Clothing Bank, sorting and distributing clothes to needy families. She also organized a 6 km charity run, which helped raise clothing donations.

These experiences allowed Noor to make meaningful contributions and gain valuable new experiences. Keep it up!
