Student Orientation

At HIA, we kicked off the school year with an engaging orientation, welcoming students and staff. The session began with an overview of our mission, vision, and safety video to ensure maximum awareness of the necessary precautions and procedures.

We discussed HIA's core beliefs, rules, and policies. Our various student-led groups, including the Well-being Committee, Discipline Committee, and Student Council, were also introduced, highlighting their roles in supporting students' well-being and empowering their voices.

The session ended by emphasizing the vital role played by the Education & Training Evaluation Commission ("ETEC") to improve student learning outcomes and performance, as well as the goals and importance of their visit to our school.

The orientation set a positive tone for the year, hopefully allowing students to seize new opportunities and come together for an exceptional year ahead!
