Respiration and fermentation

Grade 7 Biology students of HISR conducted an experiment to observe the processes of anaerobic respiration and fermentation in Yeast. The students concluded that yeast has a critical role in both the processes. Students applied their findings to the practical applications of these biological processes in everyday life, such as in baking and brewing.
