In this fun-filled marshmallow activity, KG1 & KG2 students at HISR used marshmallows to write the letter "M." It helped them distinguish between the uppercase and lowercase "M" in a playful way. After selecting a piece and identifying the form of the letter "M," they added marshmallows printed with the letter to hot chocolate, making the experience even sweeter! The activity also engaged their sense of touch, allowing them to explore the texture and softness of the marshmallows, adding a tactile learning element to the fun. Additionally, using wooden sticks to create the letter "M" made the activity unique and different, as it not only taught the students about the letter but also introduced them to the concept of building and connecting parts together.
