Transportation Day

Driving cars and trucks down ramps and through pretend neighborhoods, flying airplanes and rockets, and even building boats were all part of the transportation activity.  HISR KG1 and 2 students observed, identified, and discriminated between different means of transportation; they learned about similarities and differences between vehicles. Students expanded their vocabulary and also developed order, concentration, coordination, and independence, connecting them to their real lives.
