Compliments and Appreciating Others

In the advisory lesson at HIA, under the title "Compliment and Appreciating Others," grade 3 students engaged in activities aimed at fostering positive interactions and building relationships within our classroom community.

They began with a lively "Ping-Pong" game, practicing quick thinking and communication. Following this, they participated in a structured compliment exchange, where each student had the opportunity to give and receive sincere compliments from their peers. Students explored the impact of expressing appreciation on personal connections and emotional well-being. They learned the importance of compliments and appreciation, as these practices make the world a better place by making people happier.
