How to deal with anger issues?

At HIA, grade 7 students understood that while it is impossible to avoid never feeling angry, learning to deal with your anger issues healthily is crucial for a happy and successful life during their advisory class.

They further learned about the impacts of anger on their body and insisted on following several tips to monitor and further control any type of rage they may experience. As a result, the students obtained vital tips from their advisory class to help them minimize their feelings of anger throughout their lives.
