Treasure hunts generate a sense of excitement and mystery. Students love the thrill of searching for hidden clues and solving puzzles to uncover the treasure.
That's why, at HIA, grade 6 students did an amazing "treasure hunt" activity during their Arabic for Non-Arabs class. Students were divided into three groups. A is blue, B is yellow, and C is red. All the groups had different kinds of questions and worked as a team to find the treasure.
The surprise at the end was unlocking the mystery behind each question and commemorating the magical heritage of Arabic language to showcase its legacy. Students working together were amazingly successful in recognizing the power of Arabic words and its meanings.
Hats off to our HIA hunters, and wait for more mysteries to come.
