Another technique to help with stress is to spread out your studing and take
rests. A study by th e 2013 issue of Child Development by Cari Gillen -O’Neel,
Virginia Huynh, and Andrew Fuligni. They asked a few students to create diarys
on their sleep and study time and may studdents werent getng enough sleep.
They then tested 2 groups of students ones who slept for the recomended tme
and those who underslept. the students with the recomended sleep scored
beter, they concluded the reason was because people consolidate memories
during sleep and it also helps you focus and sustain atenton.
In conclusion, you should be confdent in yourself and not procrastnate.
