Exam Stress

Almost every student has experenced stress during
their time preparing for exams, this stress can
cause students mental and physical health to
worsen over time and ofen negatvely efect
grades and cause procrasinaton, yet even with all
of this it is of en overlooked by parents and
teachers.
One of the main causes for stress during exam season is the fact that many
students never properly learn't how to study. It may sound like a prety simple
thing, just cram and memorise the day before the exam right? In reality this
almost never works and usually results in students falling into a cycle of
procrastnaton and guilt eventually causing students to lose faith in themselves.
Another culprit for this harmful and unnessasery stress is high expextations from
parents. Students may feel that if they don't do well in the exams there parents
may feel disaponted or angry with them.
One way to stop stress and procrastnaton before it happens is to focus in class.
Because most students who don't listen in class end up get learning all the topics
from scratch. Which then makes students have to cram stuf that they should
have learn over a few months in arount 2 -3 weeks.
