environment to our stakeholders.
Therefore, Jubail International School is housed in a
purpose-built centrally air-conditioned campus. JIS was
opened in 1999 and was shifted to the current building in
2011. The school has three sections, with separate entrances
for the Boys' Section, Girls' Section and the Administration
Offices. The school is well-equipped with a range of
resources to support teaching and learning i.e. smart
boards, desktops, projectors, etc.
The building contains four fully-equipped science
laboratories, two rooms for art and design, language rooms,
two clinics, four laboratories for information and computer
technology, two spacious libraries, four covered play areas,
two canteens, two gymnasiums and an outside sports area.
Safety and security of our children and staff on campus is
our prime obligation. Therefore, we get our building vetted
by the Royal Commission Civil Defence and Fire & Safety
Department. JIS Health and Safety Department ensures the
proper maintenance of safety equipment and conducts fire
evacuation and lockdown drills during the year.
