On 29th October 2015, Economics students of Grade 9 organized a bake sale to understand demand and supply and cost/profit and loss analysis.
In addition to all this, the students also tried to understand the needs of the customers. They baked brownies and cookies and also brought doughnuts. All the products were sold, a good lesson learned.
